Stewardship
For us, stewardship is more than an annual contribution drive. We are a church community striving to be responsible stewards of our finances, our facilities, our staff, and our legacy as a congregation that's been here for more than 140 years. All of our actions are influenced by our desire to develop and efficiently utilize our resources in a sustainable way, both within our congregation and in our wider world.
The generous gifts of our members and friends are managed openly by our Elders and regularly audited. We are diligent in maintaining and preserving our facilities not only for our benefit, but also for the near-daily use of many community-based organizations that serve and sustain members of the community beyond our congregation.
We value all of the individuals of our congregation and staff. We seek to nurture their talents and encourage them in their growth and contribution to our mission.
