Our Vision for Music and The ArtsMusic in Worship…
Moves us, teaches us, draws us in, lifts us up, connects us with Spirit and community. At FPCSR, we celebrate the importance of The Arts in worship. Our intention is to offer quality, varied experiences of music and the arts (including poetry, dance, drama) to enhance our worship experience. Weekly, we enjoy the artistry of two virtuoso pianists, each with a style that sets the tone for our two very different Sunday services:

Our Chancel Choir leads congregational singing at most services and sings special pieces each month, led by Rosemary Montgomery.
Our Bell Choir plays monthly, led by Sarah Wolf. Organized in 1989, the choir has been honored to perform throughout Marin County at worship and secular events, including the Marin Symphony Celebration of Lights and with the Dominican University Winifred Baker Chorale.
