Primera Iglesia Presbiteriana de San Rafael The Spanish-speaking community of the First Presbyterian Church of San Rafael extends a warm and open invitation to visitors. We welcome all who may be seeking a Sunday Service in Spanish and a faith community to worship with, to experience mutual support on their spiritual journeys and to share in the growth and care of the Latino immigrant population of Marin.
Worship: Our Spanish-speaking community meets for worship each Sunday morning at 10:00 am in the Chapel Lounge. We sing songs by Latin American musicians and composers. Our worship leaders are Pastor Pepe Ramos, David Morales and Virginia Perez.
Most persons who attend the Spanish speaking service are recent and visiting Spanish-speaking immigrants and their children. While the service is entirely in Spanish, everyone is welcome.
Bible Study in Spanish is offered by Rev. Ramos on the first and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the church library – featuring singing, prayer, sharing about our joys and concerns, and discussion about the Bible readings.
